Pay Starting at $17.25/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Rides Department training program
- Serving as the primary trainer for Certified Safe classes
- Developing a continuing education program for all levels of rides leadership and team members
- Assisting in Leadership Trainings
- Writing and updating the divisional schedules
- Assisting in hiring and recruitment when necessary
- Ensuring that proper staffing levels are maintained
- Auditing the skills and performance of Team Members, Leads, and Division Supervisors
- Creating a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with both leadership and Ride Operators and Attendants
- Maintaining high levels of Guest satisfaction through the Six Flags Mantra
- Enforcing Six Flags New England Policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Rides Department
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior Ride Operation Experience
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, motivational, and organizational skills
- Detail orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
