Responsible for daily duties in Human Resources. This position is accountable for delivering a superior Guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Completing all paperwork required for Team Members onboarding
- Assisting Team Members with any issues that may arise
- Answering the Human Resources phone line, answering employee questions and directing calls as needed
- Filing paperwork efficiently and accurately for all employee personnel files
- Maintaining proper record keeping of all files
- Assisting in making phone calls to schedule interviews and complete paperwork
- Sorting and issuing paychecks on a weekly basis
- Maintaining a professional image at all times
- Being knowledgeable of Six Flags policies and procedures
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Human Resource Department
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills and ability/willingness to learn
- Must be able to work in a confidential environment
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends; a minimum of 20 hours per week
