- Oversee daily activities of a small crew and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner.
- Operate commercial/municipal maintenance equipment to assist in the completion of site cleanup program (tractor, sweeper, scrubber, loader, vacuum, heavy truck).
- Operate machinery to assist in the implementation of other property maintenance programs, including turf maintenance (mowing, trimming, seeding, sodding, fertilizing, aerating, topdressing, irrigating), or vehicle/equipment maintenance (cleaning, sanding, hand painting).

Qualifications:
- You!
- Previous leadership experience (preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation and routine preventive maintenance of various types of heavy commercial equipment in a commercial, municipal, or golf course setting.
- Familiarity with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Individuals certified with C.P.R. Basic Rescuer/First Aid (an asset).
- Individuals who can providetheir own CSA approved footwear.
- A valid Ontario Driver’s License (class G/G2) with a clean abstract.
- Availability that includes working flexible, rotating shifts from 12:00am to 9:00 am during the full time operating season with frequent overtime.
