Join our Human Resources team and enjoy all the perks of working at the Thrill Capital of Northern California. This position supports our Human Resources operation by assisting with wardobe administration and inventory, data entry and filing, and face-to-face support with employees during park operation hours.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
- Provide a Fun and Friendly atmosphere for employees and applicants.
- Assist employees with a variety of paperwork related to their incentives, benefits, perks, and employment.
- Administrative tasks include but are not limited to filing, data entry, answering the phone and screening applicants.
- Cleanliness tasks include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitization of work spaces.
- Uniform tasks include but are not limited to distribution, sales, tracking inventory, counting inventory, and laundering clothing.
- Assist with employee events including Ride Nights, Event Previews, Surprise & Delights, and holiday themed decorating.
- Frequently assist with projects assigned by the Human Resource Management Team.
- Scheduled 15-25 hours weekly.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must have primarily open availability with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays including school holidays and breaks such as Spring Break, Summer, and Winter Break.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50lbs with or without assistance.
- Proven ability to handle conversations and information with extreme confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Theme Park experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures to include minor labor laws and wage and hour compliance preferred.
