- Professionally represent Six Flags to all Guests, Applicants, and Team Members.
- Assist in the recruitment process for all Lodge & Park positions.
- Schedule and attend job fairs and recruitment visits to promote recruitment efforts.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Support the day to day Wardrobe operation and monthly inventory.
- Maintain and monitor Park Administration Labor and Employee Tracking System
- Responsible for Child Labor law training, monitoring and compliance
- Responsible for the proper filing and organization of forms and paperwork
- Record, document, and communicate Associate lateness, call outs and No Call No Shows.
- Understand all federal, state and company labor laws ensuring that we are in full compliance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Associates’ personal information.
- Be a point of contact for the park when human resources are needed.
- Serve as a liaison between associates and management team.
- Actively assist employees, answer questions and resolve concerns.
Qualities of a Successful HR Representative:
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must possess advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
- Must be comfortable enforcing policy to all associates when necessary.
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment in order to meet deadlines and make effective decisions.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
- Must be highly organized.
- Must be outgoing, upbeat and friendly.
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Must react well in stressful and emergency situations
What You Will Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be currently pursuing a college degree or a recent graduate (within 180 days of the start of employment at Six Flags Great Escape)
- Commit to working through the 2025 summer operating season (May through early-September)
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a times and as many as 10 hours a day.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
- Must tolerate a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs consistently and over various surfaces in all types of weather conditions.

Pay Range: $15.50 - $16.50
