Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
As a part-time Human Resources Coordinator, you will assist the Human Resources Team in staffing multiple departments while multi-tasking to complete different day-to-day job functions to support the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work minimum 24 hours a week including some weekends from March through August
- Coordinates and schedules interviews.
- Makes guest internal/external service and guest satisfaction a priority in every aspect of the job.
- Responds quickly, intelligently, decisively and in accordance with established training guidelines.
- Assists in supporting the seasonal HR Associates
- Monitors portioning and quality of food preparation to control food and supply costs.
- Maintains proper training, attendance, counseling and termination documentation.
- Creates and maintains a culture of safe work practices.
- Supports compliance efforts as it pertains to ADA, unemployment, I-9 etc.
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bilingual english/spanish preferred
- Must be friendly and outgoing with a high customer service acumen.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Word & Excel
Physical Requirements:
- Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, picking, pinching, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motion of the hands, wrists and/or fingers.
- Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
- Exposure to environmental conditions such as rain, direct/indirect sun and heat for extended periods of time.
- Subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.
- Subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
- Subject to sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
- Subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
