Overview:

This job will assist in the creation of sales collateral, research, packaging and other materials used by the sales team in their presentations to prospective partners.  This position will also support the prospecting and lead generation efforts.

This role will support the new in-house sponsorship sales team, helping to achieve the Strategic Alliances growth targets for the new combined company. 


Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to develop holistic and strategic partnerships that meet the brand’s objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather valuable insights and craft engaging, data-driven narratives for partner programs.
  • Collect information from third party vendors and other sponsorship analytics to be used in partnership proposals.
  • Develop sales enablement tools including client proposals, term sheets, prospecting sheets, thought starter documents, decks, etc.
  • Help manage external brand relationships and develop account management experience to execute various brands’ sponsorship strategies.
  • Track and manage projects throughout the process from ideation to completion and gather proof-of-performance highlights for partner recaps.
  • Continuously update team organizational tools to ensure resources are accessible and efficiently leveraged by sales.
  • Work with internal creative teams to maintain brand standards and develop compelling partnership proposals. 


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related
  • Instructional Design or comparable certification (such as ID Cert with ATD)
  • 2-4years of expereince in similar field
  • Preferred, Ability to effectively communicate with partners and manage multiple projects at one time.
