Responsible for maintaining the daily operation of various sections inside Food and Beverage locations.
- Monitor Team Member work activity to ensure the daily success of Food and Beverage locations.
- Focusing on Guest Service and creating a positive work environment.
- Assure profitability in assigned sections by closely monitoring inventory and a positive Team Member to Guest interaction.
- Adhere and uphold ALL DEPARTMENT GROOMING, SAFETY and CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES.
- Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.
- Support the company mantra; Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.
- Maintain a neat, and well organized location.
- Ensure all products and services are made available to Guests.
- Perform all other duties assigned by Managerial Supervisor and Senior Leadership Team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- A positive work attendance required
- If 18+ must be willing to get TABC certification
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be available to work most operating days and 1-2 work crew days during weekend operation
- Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.
· Must have the ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods, as well as, and lift to forty pounds occasionally
