Lead, Food & Beverage

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining the daily operation of various sections inside Food and Beverage locations.

• Monitor Team Member work activity to ensure the daily success of Food and Beverage locations.
• Focusing on Guest Service and creating a positive work environment.
• Assure profitability in assigned sections by closely monitoring inventory and a positive Team Member to Guest interaction.
• Adhere and uphold ALL DEPARTMENT GROOMING, SAFETY and CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES.
• Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.
• Support the company mantra; Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.
• Maintain a neat, and well organized location.
• Ensure all products and services are made available to Guests.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Managerial Supervisor and Senior Leadership Team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• A positive work attendance required
• If 18+ must be willing to get TABC certification
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be available to work most operating days and 1-2 work crew days during weekend operation
• Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.

· Must have the ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods, as well as, and lift to forty pounds occasionally
