• Facilitate move-ins and coordinate housing information 

• Collect, record, andmaintaininformation onthe work and travelparticipantsarrival/departure. 

• Assistwith answering questions fromthe work and travel participantsvia in-person,emailand phone

• Work with departments to ensure proper placement and training

• Verify and processthe work and travel participantspaperwork

• Trackthe work and travel participantsworked hours tocomply withCorporatestandards

• Calculate, key, and track housing deductions and deposits

• Perform occasional housing inspections

• Facilitatemonthlycultural experiences for thework and travel participants

• Assistwith coordinating transportation forthe work and travel participants

• Minimum Age:18

• Must have a valid Driver’s License

• Looking to fill shifts varying between the hours of 8:30am-7:30pm. Weekends area must.

• Havestrong verbal and written skills.

• Have computer knowledge with different programs

• Be able to pay attention to details

• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude

• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
