Entertainment Leadership

Ourteam of  Entertainment Team Leadsworkwith performers,associates,andgueststoensuresafetyforallaswell ascreating memorableentertainmentandeventexperiencesparkwide. This role supervisesassociatesin the park daily, assists with training, scheduling,evaluating,disciplining,and supporting teamson location.Asan Entertainment leader, you will work to ensure departmentalgoals and objectivesare communicatedand implementedby personnelunder your supervision. Positions vary on parkwide Entertainmentoperationsand programmingranging from working with the CharacterProgram,SpecialEvent/Festival programming,Technical/Productionteam, Costumes/Cosmetologyteam, or even inaStage ManagementcapacitywiththeShows team.Asa leader,your ability tolead ateam,communicationskills, positive attitude,and attention todetailassist us in delivering an excellentguestentertainmentexperiencedaily.

Leaddailyassigneddutiesmayvarydependingonlocation/programassignment&mayincludetaskssuchas:

• SupervisingdailyoperationswithintheEntertainmentdepartment

• Opening/closinglocationsensuringcleanlinessinguestfacingareasaswellas backstageareas

• Promotesteamworkandcreatesapositive&safeworkenvironmentforall

• Monitor&reportassociatetimekeepingensuringallparkpoliciesarefolloweddaily

• MaintainassociateschedulesinUKG

• Ensureallprogramelementsaresafe,properlyoperating,& clean

• Provideexcellentcustomerserviceforourguests

• Supportingourteamsdailytoproducesuperiorguestentertainmentexperiences

• Resolvesguestandassociateconcernsfollowingproperprotocolsandprocedures

• CommunicatewithvariousteamswithintheEntertainmentdepartmentefficiently&respectfully

• Establishes&maintainsgoodworkingrelationshipswithotherparkdepartmentsand partners

• Coordinateandcarryoutlogisticsforspecialevents&activationsinparkasassigned

• Accuratelycompletesnecessarydailypaperworkincludingreports,files,andvenuechecklists
• Followsandenforcesallpark &departmentpoliciesandprocedures
• Monitorsandreportssupplyinventorylevelstouppermanagementtoensureadequatesuppliestocompletejobtasks
• Otherduties as assigned
