Req ID 23696We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to join our shared services corporate team and support one of our three key regional organizations (collection of parks within the East, Midwest, or West region). As the Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day communications, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. You’ll serve as a bridge between our internal and external agency’s creative, digital, and strategy teams and the region (the “client”), ensuring their goals and objectives are met on time and within budget.
Location: Flexible, ideally in region or at Corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for the specified region’s marketing leadership team (the “client”), maintaining regular communication and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, collateral, signage, social media, events, promotions, and/or in-park needs.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the timeline, deliverables, and approvals for all client projects. Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and that work is delivered on schedule.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Creative Director and/or agency teams in developing marketing strategies and campaign proposals based on client objectives and market trends.
- Budget Management: Track project budgets and ensure that all initiatives are delivered within agreed financial parameters.
- Creative Briefing: Collaborate with creative teams to develop clear, strategic briefs that align with the client’s brand and objectives.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing practices to better advise the client.
- Reporting and Analysis: Working with the analytics team, onitor campaign performance, compile reports as needed that provid insights on key metrics. Identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
•5+years of experience in account management, client services, or project management, ideally within a marketing agency environment OR experience in marketing in similar company/industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of integrated marketing channels including digital, social, print, and experiential.
• Experience in the entertainment, travel, or theme park industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset.
