This position reports to the Small Group Demand Manager and oversees a team of seasonal or part time associates to fulfill small group orders to increase revenue. In addition to fulfillment, this role will assist in the transformation of the booking process to drive efficiencies for Small Group Demand business segment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with and help improve the organizational process needed for order taking, payment processing and ticket distribution for assigned region
- Manage a team of part time and seasonal associates to clearly define expectations and manage workload, implementing contests, training content, and other tools needed to motivate team.
- Monitor and improve ordering, accuracy, pricing compliance, telephone handling and other procedures.
- Work with National Call Center team leads on cross-training and operations to book and service group sales customers.
- Assist other Supervisors and/or Small Group Demand associates to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree / vocational or technical school. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Administration is preferred
- 2-4 years of work related experience
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign & Creative Suite is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects at various times.
