Overview:

The primary function of the Manager of IT Audit and Compliance is to ensure Six Flags Information Technology systems and processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. This role focuses on managing audits and assessments that evaluate the effectiveness, security, and compliance of IT infrastructure, applications, and controls.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and lead Risk Assessment and PCI Assessment procedures
  • Facilitate and lead User Acceptance Review (UAR) processes
  • Audit of IT Policy and Procedure implementations
  • Evaluate Business Risk and Mitigation practices
  • Assist with documenting IT Security Policies and Procedures
  • Monitor and document IT Policy Exceptions
  • Moderate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitate Change Board Review (CBR) processes


Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Finance or related discipline. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience is required
  • 4+ years of IT Auditing experience and strong knowledge risk assessment is required
  • Preferred requirements: General understanding of IT processes; Familiar with financial accounting compliance requirements
  • Travel requirement: 5%
