In-Park Services Training Supervisor

Req ID SUPIN013760Job Duties:
- Ensures employee “Guest First” training guidelines and standards are maintained.
- Ensures safety and sanitation standards are in place and consistently executed.
- Coordinate training for all In-Park Services personnel from the date of hire until the completion of on the job training.
- Prepare training materials, facilitate instruction, and monitor department team members to ensure compliance of Health Department/TABC guidelines, Public Safety and Human Resources policy.
- Maintain personnel certifications, corrective action documentation and HR compliance
- Conduct audits of facilities to ensure General Food Safety (GFSI) and safety compliance
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Must possess strong leadership, motivational, interpersonal and organizational skills with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, & ability to quickly learn inventory/POS programs.
- TABC, Serv Safe Manager Cert., Certified Serv Safe proctor & instructor, or obtain certifications within 60 days.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
- Ability to lift 30lbs.
- Ability to work varied shifts as needed including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to adhere to company grooming standards at all times.
