Fall Retention Incentives
Eligible park operating positions can earn:
- $5/Hour Retention Bonus - Team Members can earn an additional $5 per hour worked from September 21, 2026 through November 1, 2026
- This bonus will be paid out at the END of the season (November 1, 2026)
- Team Members must remain actively employed through October 26, 2026 (or later) to qualify
- $500 Completion bonus - Team Members can earn this bonus upon successfully completing their contracted Fall end employment date
- To qualify, the contracted end date must be on or later than September 7, 2026
Additional HalloWeekends Incentives
Park operating positions can earn:
- FREE housing beginning September 7, 2026
- Weekly $1,000 drawing - beginning on September 7, 2026
- 10 Team Members will be selected each week to receive a $1,000 prize
- Team Members will earn a raffle entry by clocking in for their shift each scheduled work day
- Available to active, non-union, Part-Time and Seasonal Team Members
- FREE Exclusive Team Member HalloWeekends Swag
- HalloWeekends hat and gloves
- HalloWeekends sweatshirt
- Weekend Meal Voucher - Team Members will receive one $5 Bistro meal voucher every HalloWeekend worked
