Q: What do you love most about your job?
Carolyn: My favorite part about my job is seeing our team’s work make a positive impact on our guests and fellow associates. Helping associates on my calls and watching guests creating lifelong memories will always put a smile on my face. Of course, as a roller coaster enthusiast, I love spending my work days surrounded by our rides!
Q: Can you share a memorable moment or experience you’ve had on the job?
Carolyn: One of my favorite experiences on the job is the ongoing learning process on our new ride. While there’s still so much to learn, I’ve had a blast learning all that I know so far!
Q: What is your favorite part of the day?
Carolyn: Each day I look forward to starting up the animatronics. Each fix provides valuable information for the future. My coworkers and I are doing our best to learn as much as we can to keep up with all the new stuff in addition to what we already maintain!
Q: What role do you play in creating memorable experiences for guests?
Carolyn: Any maintenance department is like the wind: you don’t see us, but our impact is profound. We assist all departments in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
