- Responsible to assist the Area Manager with all recruitment and hiring initiatives for department
- Assist with the development, design and execution of all creative initiatives as assigned
- Assist Area Manager with budgets as needed
- Supervise all assigned associates in the Creative Services Department and ensure proper adherence to all current company and departmental procedures and to all current Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
- Responsible for the set-up, execution/operation, and strike of all special events within the park including Halloween Haunt and Winterfest.
- Responsible for staff scheduling, training, development and performance appraisals
- Assist in obtaining and maintaining all departmental resources and facilities
- Delegate, implement and document all new projects as assigned
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- You!
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in technical theatre with major studies in technical direction and/or significant experience in a related technical field
- Knowledge of audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment required
- Computer literacy is required
- Competency with tools and equipment
- Driver's Licence (G/G2) with clean abstract is required
- Previous management experience is required
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
