- Assist with staff training and development
- Assist with maintaining stock levels and displays
- Organizing all storage areas within the department
- Monitor and maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of all the stores and carts
- Drive revenue, monitor sales patterns and trends to maximize operating profits
- Maintain appropriate supply inventory
- Enforce all Park and Department policies and procedures
- Participate in hiring, recruiting and training as assigned
- Responsible for administrative duties as assigned
- Coach, provide feedback and facilitate performance reviews

Qualifications:
- You!
- Previous experience working as Merchandise Sales Associate at Canada’s Wonderland (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and math skills
- Someone who loves helping others and support the needs of guests and employees
- Someone who is cheerful and has a courteous manner with a natural smile
- Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
