Summary: This role will effectively support the Parks, Marketing and Revenue teams in the loading of admissions and in-park pricing as well as other ticketing aspects and promotions into the system while ensuring accuracy and a consistent approach. Also, in this role, you will be a key player by providing exceptional internal customer service in a manner consistent with the company's core values.

Key Responsibilities

·         Mange all aspects of building all pricing and promotions into the ticketing system across Parks portfolio.

·         Creates promotion templates and ensures accuracy by proofing.

·         Ensures accuracy of content for all pricing promotions across channels.

·         Creates and implements, with management approval, new ideas and methods to improve and develop processes for efficiency gains.

·         Ensures all promotions are live on time for campaigns and coordinates with analysts.

·         Manage priorities of workload in order to meet deadlines/expectations.

·         Reviews consumer “touchpoints” such as website, ticketing system and emails to monitor how we are presenting our product to consumers to ensure pricing accuracy

·         Provide key information needed to our internal customers/departments with timely, comprehensive information regarding new promotions to assist their ability to support such initiatives.

·         Presents ideas and suggestions as to how to provide superior service to internal customers/departments regarding building of pricing and promotions.

·         Researches and resolves issues related to promotions and system data.



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work experience.

  • Ability to work as a team player and interact with internal customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficient computer skills required & able to learn systems quickly.

  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Strong time management and organization skills; ability to work independently while able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.

  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus!

  • Highly motivated and organized and able to juggle competing priorities to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions.
