Summary of Job: This position is responsible for coordinating the employee transportation program for the park. This position is accountable for helping the program run efficiently and safely for both drivers and team members that utilize the program. A CDL- Class C license is required in order to drive in the program.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with departments to understand staffing needs and building a transportation calendar monthly

  • Ensure that drivers are scheduled for operation

  • Conduct driving tests and execute the Six Flags Driver program

  • Ensure that Rider Agreements and other documentation is being updated and captured by participants

  • Monitoring inventory of bus tickets

  • Communicating with riders about updates to the program and answering questions

  • Create an approved rider list for bus drivers

  • Operating bus and/or van in a safe and efficient manner 

  • Monitoring and redirecting van operations as required 

  • Inspecting vehicles for cosmetic and/or mechanical issues

  • Reporting maintenance and safety issues to Full-Time Supervisor

  • Assisting in other areas of the Human Resources department

  • Enforcing all Six Flags policies and procedures

  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned 

Job Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Age: 18

  • Possess a valid license with a clean driving record

  • Must have a valid CDL (Class A, B or C) with passenger endorsement Driver’s License or be willing to acquire one

  • Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions

  • Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude

  • Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
