KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Collect and scan tickets at catered events

  • Set up tables and signs for events

  • Be a brand ambassador for sponsored events

  • Take compliance photos of Corporate Sponsored assets

  • Help assist with media shoots and any content creation needed

  • Help facilitate marketing event needs

  • Greet and direct guest at events

  • Answer any questions a guest may have

  • Help other departments when needed

  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Strong communications skills to positively interact with customers, employees and guests, promoting a “Guest First” atmosphere

  • Must have a flexible schedule and willing to work on weekends

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Must be able to carry 15lbs

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Be able to talk for long periods at a time with a positive attitude
