Welcome back Team Six! We are excited you are interested in joining us for the 2023 season. We have big plans for this upcoming season, and can’t wait for you to be a part of them.

If you have any questions or concerns, or just need help resetting your password for UKG – feel free to submit a question on our Rehire Team Member Q&A Sheet! We will get in touch to help you out.

Leadership opportunities across the park will also be posted on the internal job board. Feel free to take a look and see if there is anything you might be interested in pursuing! We have a ton of opportunities for you to take advantage of!

Once your application is complete, we will review and then send you your online hiring information. This information will come as an email with a link to the onboarding site.

  • Once on the site, you will click the “Onboarding” menu option. You will complete the five steps within the onboarding phase – click the green “Get Started” button to start the process:

    • Personal Information

    • Employment Eligibility (Form I-9) 

    • Pay and Taxes (Direct Deposit and W-4 Forms) 

    • Polices and Documents

    • Review and Submit

  • If you are 18+, you will also get an email to complete a background authorization through Sterling. This information will come as “Sent on Behalf of Six Flags”

  • Those 17 and younger will need to obtain a work permit. We will send out work permit applications once the rehire app has been filled out!

When your hiring information is completed, we will reach out to set up an appointment for you to come in and process your I-9 with us and sign you up for your first training!
